Your Role: Business Partner

As a Business Partner, you’ll co-lead the operations of UKmate’s short-let portfolio. Your role will involve strategic decision-making, operational management and revenue growth, with a clear focus on scaling the business. Key responsibilities include:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Collaborating on strategies to expand the short-let portfolio across new markets.
• Developing innovative approaches to boost occupancy rates, optimize pricing and enhance profitability.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and property owners.

2. Operational Excellence:

• Managing day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Overseeing property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and other platforms, ensuring listings are competitive and optimized.
• Coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams to maintain high property standards.

3. Revenue Growth:

• Implementing dynamic pricing strategies based on market trends and guest demand.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance data to uncover opportunities for revenue maximization.

4. Compliance & Quality:

• Ensuring all properties meet legal, safety and compliance requirements.
• Maintaining top-tier guest ratings by proactively addressing issues and delivering excellent customer service.

5. Innovation & Expansion:

• Identifying new revenue streams and strategic partnerships in the short-let market.
• Staying informed about industry trends and adopting emerging technologies and practices.
